Phuc Deli’s Signature Pho

Pho (pronounced Fur), consists of rice noodle soup with natural beef stock, flavoured with spices, simmered for 12 hours, usually with a combination of marrow bone, oxtail, brisket and a boiler chicken and served with salad, or bean shoots and mint. Some call it the Vietnamese equivalent of chicken soup, while others call it liquid gold. But most people just call it yum!

A traditional bowl of Pho is renowned for its healthy properties and is easily one of the most loved dishes in Vietnamese culture. It is a light, fragrant soup eaten for breakfast and all through the day. 

The Pho made at Phuc Deli-Viet is often referred to by long-term customers as “The best Pho in Brisbane” and “The best Pho outside of Vietnam”.
